What’s the difference between this and Citibike?
Our premium family and cargo bikes are all electronic pedal assist bikes that make it easy for you to carry cargo and people. Our rentals allow you to use the bike for 1 or more days. They also come with helmets, locks, and other accessories like child seats. You can use our bikes anywhere in the city you can get them to without worrying about re-docking them. Our rentals must be booked at least 1 day in advance.
Citibikes are a convenient way to get around NYC on-demand and where they are available, but if you want to move cargo or people, need a bike for longer than an hour or so, and outside the Citibike zone, our fleet of family and cargo bikes can serve your needs.
We have no affiliation with Citibike.
Where do I pick up the bike?
Bikes can be picked up and dropped off in Manhattan by appointment. 51 Street and 11th Avenue
You must have a booking in order to pick up or drop off a bike. Our staff will arrange a time with you after you book.
Pickup/dropoff Hours:
Our staff is available from 10AM-5PM for pickups and drop offs daily. We are closed on Wednesdays.
Is delivery available?
Yes, subject to availability. Check the booking page for details about delivery.
How long can I rent a bike for?
At the moment our system will let you rent a bike for 7 days max. If you’d like to rent for longer, please contact us.
Where do I store the bike?
It is preferable that you have a secure location for the bike. This can include a garage, shed, courtyard, or secure biking parking available in your building. Some of our smaller bikes may be brought indoors though most of our larger bikes are likely not getting indoors easily. Whenever locking the bike for an extended period of time, you must remove the battery and display (where applicable), cover the bike with the provided covers, and use multiple locks (included) to secure the bike.
It may be possible to incognito store the bike on the street with the covers and provided covers.
Can I rent multiple bikes?
Yes, you can add multiple bikes to your rental.
